Discharge system: Adopting the design of feeding protection and soft landing buffer, according to the different needs of domestic and foreign customers, the discharge hopper has two options: “large hopper” and each group of independent “small hopper”. The large hopper can be easily installed and the small hopper can be installed according to customers. The color selection requirement is changed to the “three-color selection” model.
6. Image acquisition system: The international cutting-edge industry professional full-colorhigh-speed line-scan imaging CCD sensor, and the color sorting special lens tailored by the top international supplier can accurately identify the subtle bacteria of 0.03mm², and meet the high-endcolor sorting requirements.
7. Light source: Intelligent LED light source is steplessly adjusted, which can match the various brightness requirements of different materials.It is designed with cold light source system to have a longer life, high luminous efficiency and strong stability. It can be equipped with RGB variable color background lights for better selection.
8. Image processing system: Using the latest one-button capture system, real-time collection and processing of material pictures,with the latest multiple intelligent and complex algorithms,provides a more flexible sorting combination scheme for various impurities and micro-chromatic aberration materials,with higher color sorting accuracy,and bringing out more lower.
