Its process flow:
plastic film material → heating → blister forming → product filling (different blanking methods are selected according to the product shape) → alignment → heat sealing → dotted line/lettering/batch number marking → traction → cutting → finished product → waste collection.
The production process is as follows: filling products, alignment, heat sealing, cutting and waste collection.
● The roll of plastic sheets is unfolded and conveyed forward.
● The thin sheet is heated and softened, then pressed and molded in the mold to form a blister.
● Product filling (Different feeding methods are selected based on the product form), solid medicines can be automatically filled by the sweeping machine, solid granular products can be automatically filled by the feeding machine, other solid products can be manually filled, liquid products can be filled by peristaltic pumps, and cream and lotion products can be filled by piston pumps.
● The alignment is that the pattern printed on the aluminum foil cover film should be precisely covered on the formed blister and centered.
● The aluminum foil cover film is placed on the already filled blister, and the heat sealing station of the blister packaging machine seals the cover film and the blister together.
● Print the batch number on the aluminum foil cover film (a laser marking machine can also be chosen to print the batch number at the bottom of the blister);
